Terms of service
Last updated: 8 September 2026
These terms cover use of Sasha under an invitation. If your organisation has signed an Order Form and Platform Agreement with us, that agreement governs and prevails where the two differ.
Who you are agreeing with
By creating an account or using Sasha you (the “recruiter”) agree to these terms with Sasha Rec AB, company registration number 559553-3851, c/o Recommended By, Epicenter, Malmskillnadsgatan 44 A, 111 57 Stockholm, Sweden. If you accept for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
What Sasha does
Sasha helps you say what a role actually needs, conducts a voice screening interview with each candidate you invite, and gives you an evidence-based assessment: what each candidate said that speaks to each requirement, in their own words, and what the interview did not establish. It produces no score and no verdict. You make every hiring decision after reviewing the evidence; Sasha never advances or rejects a candidate and never makes a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect (Article 22 GDPR). Sasha does not identify candidates biometrically, read emotions, or infer personality or protected characteristics.
Your responsibilities
For candidate data you are the controller and we are your processor under our Data Processing Agreement. You are responsible for a lawful basis for screening, for the candidate notice being shown (we show it before every call), for reviewing Sasha’s output with genuine human judgement before deciding, for not eliciting special-category data, and for complying with employment and anti-discrimination law. You are responsible for your account details, for keeping access confidential, and for what happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Sasha unlawfully, resell it, reverse engineer, copy or scrape it, upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content, disrupt it or try to get access you were not given, or use its output to make solely automated decisions about people.
Access and fees
Sasha is available by invitation. We invite customers as spots open and capacity allows, and we may decline or withdraw an invitation. Fees, the pilot scope and its duration are set in your Order Form or invitation. We may change fees with notice before the change takes effect; continued use after that is acceptance.
Personal data
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. Our Data Processing Agreement applies to candidate data you process through Sasha, and our service providers page lists the sub-processors we use.
Intellectual property
Sasha, including its software, interviewing and assessment logic, prompts and documentation, belongs to Sasha Rec AB or its licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it as intended. You keep your rights in what you upload, and give us the licence we need to run the service. We improve Sasha using only anonymised or aggregated data that identifies no one.
“As is”, and what we are responsible for
Sasha is provided during a pilot period “as is” and “as available”, without uptime or service-level commitments, and may change or be withdrawn. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. Sasha supports your judgement; it does not replace it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability under these terms in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period or SEK 5,000, whichever is higher. Where an Order Form applies, its liability terms apply instead.
Suspension, changes, termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use Sasha in a way that may harm the service or others. You may stop at any time. We may change Sasha and these terms; we give notice of material changes before they take effect, and continued use after that is acceptance. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, data protection, governing law) survive termination.
Governing law
Swedish law. Disputes go to the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
